I don't like the big lips but thats your style so I think you should go on with it... It could be your personal mark!

Some parts of the hair of both of the girls should be more rounded. You need to work more with the bézier curves.

You could add another shadow in the floor to give more depth to the draw.

The redhead has more details tan the black haired. Anyway I liked very much! The concept is great! I really like the contrast between them!
